1. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the building. If you smoke, you will be charged three times the accommodation fee.​​​​​​​

2. Using fire inside the room for heating or cooking is prohibited.

3. Do not touch or use the fire extinguisher except in an emergency.

​

4. Please do not sing loudly, make excessive noise, or disturb other guests.​​

5. The following items are not allowed in the guest room:

- Animals or birds
- Bad-smelling items
- Excessive luggage
- Flammable materials such as gasoline or explosives
- Unauthorized firearms or swords

6. Gambling or any behavior against public order or good morals in the hallway or guest room is prohibited.

​

7. Inviting visitors into the guest room to use the facilities or amenities is prohibited.

​

8. Using the guest room or lobby as an office or workplace is prohibited.

​

9. Using hotel facilities or amenities for purposes other than their intended use is prohibited.

​

10. Taking hotel amenities outside the room or moving them to another place is prohibited

​

11. Installing personal belongings or equipment inside the room or building is prohibited.

​

12. Hanging or attaching items to the room window that may damage the hotel's appearance is prohibited.

​

13. Distributing flyers or conducting business activities inside the hotel is prohibited.

​

14. Do not leave luggage or personal belongings in the hallway or lobby.

​

15. Lost and found items will be kept for one month after check-out. If there is no request from the owner, they will be disposed of.

​

16. Group reservations are limited to a maximum of 4 rooms. Even if reservations are made under different names, they may be canceled or refused if the hotel determines they are part of the same group.

17. Children aged 4 years and older are charged the adult rate. If a child aged 4 or older is not included in the reservation, an additional fee of ¥3,000 per night will be charged at the hotel, the same as for an adult.

18. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM (midnight). Reservations may be canceled at the hotel's discretion if we cannot contact the guest.

19. Simple room cleaning (bed making, trash collection, and towel replacement) is available only if you leave the room before 11:00 AM. Cleaning service is not available after that time.

​

20. Check-out time is by 11:00 AM. If luggage remains in the room after check-out, the hotel may remove it and an additional one-night charge may apply.

​

21. Free luggage storage is available on the day of check-out. Guests staying again may store up to two bags per person free of charge for up to five days. After that, a storage fee of ¥500 per bag per day will be charged. The maximum storage period is 14 days.

22. The hotel is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal belongings or valuables. Please keep your valuables with you at all times.

23. Lost items can only be shipped within Japan by cash-on-delivery service. International shipping is not available.

​

24. To receive a package, you must show your room key at the front desk. Without your room key, packages cannot be collected for any reason. Please also note that if you order too many packages before check-in, there is a risk of loss, and the hotel is not responsible for any lost packages.
